The Glacier Shop Franz Josef

You’ll find our Glacier shop in the Franz Josef Glacier township, a 30 minute drive north of Fox Glacier.

The Glacier shop team are very friendly and love interacting with customers from around the globe; loud bursts of laughter are not unusual.

The shop is renowned for a unique range of quality gifts, clothing and souvenirs. Our buying philosophy is to stock items that cater to a wide range of tastes.  Not everyone wants ‘New Zealand’ prominently splashed over their clothing, and for those preferring something more subtle, we stock a range of waterproof jackets which carry a discrete monogram.

Whilst the parents’ shop, our childrens’ corner is a magnet for the little ones, who can keep busy playing or reading, whilst mum and dad browse and purchase.
